Guys, I do not often use my blog to advertise my merchandise. Just as everything else here, I am mainly doing it, just because I like it! I like seeing my cartoons and artwork on nice products.
But I have to admit, I am a little excited to hear what you think because I’ve spent a fair amount of time and effort recently on overhauling my entire Zazzle store, making the storefront and my products more appealing and adding new motifs and items. More will be on the way. I invite everyone already looking around for some nice Christmas gifts to visit my store and see if there’s something in the box for them.

Now available! Bull Terrier Cartoon Calendar 2017
People have been asking me for several years now, if I will ever publish a calendar with my cartoons. The second half of the year is always pretty busy in my office and so far I had never found the time to do it.
Now I finally made it! I am so proud and happy to be able to present my very first Bull Terrier Calendar just in time for your holiday gift shopping!
I have gathered some of my finest and funniest cartoons in a colorful calendar for you that can be ordered on Zazzle.
I really hope you like it! Let me know what you think!
It is available in my Zazzle Store right here!
I have also made a German version available. The jokes in the cartoons and the calendar are both in German language.
Roughhousing in dogs – How to control my Bull Terrier
Many owners have dogs that love to play. That is especially true for Bull Terriers. But these rugged little power packs can be rough players and pretty destructive.
Especially when they initiate their very special way of “letting it out” in the so-called “Bully run”. That’s when they start throwing their butts around, circling around you or the room, bouncing themselves against and off walls, furniture or shinbones and often also start nipping like a snapper turtle. Even older Bull Terriers tend towards such sudden and often unexpected outbursts of energy that sometimes seem to be hard to get under control.
The world’s largest stuffed toy for dogs
Since I was in a massive DIY mood lately, Mila may now be the owner of the world’s largest stuffed toy for dogs. It was intended to kind of look like a Bull Terrier, but I did not really use any pattern, just started cutting fabric and sewing … and it turned out to look more like those Poke-thingies everyone is chasing on their smartphones currently. So, please don’t judge me for the looks. 🙂
Regardless, Mila really LOVES her new pal, and plays with him every day. This is particularly funny, because in general she is not really interested in playing with any living animals at all – just the stuffed ones. I own a life-sized stuffed tiger hubby once gave to me as a gift. And she just loved to play with it to the point I became afraid that she will destroy it one day. So, I tried to craft a replacement especially for her, double layered, extra heavy stitching … ready for some rough play. And a toy she can call her own.
Now, didn’t that work out really well … 🙂
Please prevent dog overheating and burning their paws
Hi all! In light of the recent heat in some areas – we in Florida have a record summer – I want to dedicate this post to a very important topic: dog overheating.
I’ve used the opportunity to draw again to brighten up the otherwise pretty serious matter.
Every year we hear about deaths or health issues of children and pets left unattended in the heat of a car. Please pay attention to your pets and children in the summer heat! The temperatures can become health and even life-threatening in some cases quicker than some people are expecting.
Quick update!
Due to several requests for distributing this chart in printed posters, I’ve prepared two different printable versions – landscape and portrait in standard poster size of 11 x 17 in. If you want to help dogs and like to have the printable file, please contact me. I’ll send you a download link. It’s FREE.
